Settles Street, London

An amazing modernisation of a historical building in Whitechapel.

This Victorian office building in Central London had an extensive refurbishment including a four storey extension and a new modern façade, all of which had to preserve the historical nature of the building while giving it all a contemporary twist and all the mod-cons and safety features required for a modern office.  It was also retrofitted with all the environmentally friendly elements possible including an area for bike storage and showers to encourage green transport.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Being part of such an extensive team of professionals working on an interesting and challenging project like this has been a great experience for us.

We installed a brand new fire alarm system and disabled refuge to keep all the office users safe from fire.  For their security, we installed a state of the art CCTV system and access control facilities.
